She was predeceased by: her parents, Cephas Pittman and Treva Pittman (Piercy); her siblings, Roy Kay Pittman and Faye Burton (Leroy Preat); and her close friend Glenn Taylor.

She is survived by: her former husband Leroy Preat; her sons, James Preat (Angela) of Sevierville and Leo Preat (Terri) of Monticello; her fiancé Timothy Sleeth of Kodak; her grandchildren, David Moravec (Billyjean) of Monticello, Melissa Freeman (Jamal) of Havelock, Dakota Bertram (Trevor) of Sevierville, Alexandra Preat of Sevierville, Remmy Preat of Sevierville, Chase, Bailey and Ty Preat of Monticello; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Mia, Cora, Ella, Reagan and Hudson; and her siblings, Susan Adams (Richard) and Billy Pittman (Jennifer). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, family and neighbors.
