He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lynn Breeden; his children, Estel Ray Breeden, Jr. (Lisa Breeden), Marjorie Lynn Breeden, Sally Ruth Hensley (Russell Hensley) and Edward Eugene Breeden (Jennifer Ivy); his sisters, Wanda Murphy and Charlotte Monday (Earl); his siblings-in-law, Susan Harrison (Raymond), Mary Foster and Mike Foster; his great grandchildren, Stephanie Ogle (David Ogle) and Mark Hooper, Jr.; Mark Hooper, Sr., Aiden, Alanna, Branson, Sarah (Scott), Sophia, Aubrey, Ethan, Lucca, Michael Jones, III, Jolene Breeden, Crystal, Gabriel, Olivia, Leah Hensley Simper (Aidan Simper), Eli Hensley, Cherlyn Breeden Crowley (Kobe Crowley) and Dylan Breeden.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the New Season Church of God (718 Downing Ln, New Market, TN 37820). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
