She was predeceased by: her parents, Delcnia Gourley Byers and Frank Byers; and her husbands, Billy Hayes and Richard Sexton. She is survived by: her children, Betty Collins and Ray Hayes (Cathy); her stepson Brian Sexton (Lisa); her granddaughter Betsy Lane (Bobby); and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Ryanna Lane of Mamaw's Girls.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (7426 Asheville Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37924). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beech Springs Cemetery.
