With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Merritt McManus of Kodak, Tennessee, who passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Kennedy McManus; his sister-in-law Diane McManus; and his parents, James H. McManus and Christine Vaughan McManus. He is survived by: his children, James Clay McManus (Julie) of Kodak, TN, Vance McManus of Paducah, KY, Angela McManus of Danville, KY and Kimberly McManus (Dean) of Lansing, MI; his siblings, Ronnie McManus (Bonita) of Mayfield, KY, Larry McManus of Mayfield, KY and Lisa Garrett (Steve); and his grandchildren, Calan McManus, Koby McManus and Darlene McManus.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Byrn Funeral Home (1020 Paris Rd, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
