He is survived by: his significant other Lori Ratliff; his daughters, Alicia Ratliff and Haley Ratliff; his siblings, David Ratliff, Mary Dority, James Ratliff and Sandra Cline-Refermat; and his close friends, Allison Murphy, Ed Murphy and Tony Hayes. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Strawberry Plains (3100 W Old Andrew Johnson Hwy, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871).
