She is survived by: her children, Sarah Blake and Austin Blake; her grandchildren, Damien Blake and Emily Blake; her stepmother Karen Blake; her close friends, Angela Mills and Glenda Holden; Josh Moore. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and many friends.
