He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd D Welsh and Ela Mae Welsh; his siblings, Mary Irby (Walter), Edith Snyder (Adin), Jackie Dalton, Frank Welsh and Jerry Welsh; his children, Angel, Tiffany and Lloyd Frank Edward Welsh; and his grandchild Cierra Michelle Brewer.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Bandi Hammer (Steven) of Dandridge, TN; his grandchildren, Kyle Brewer of Morristown, TN, Larry Welsh III (Abby) of Effingham, Madisyn Brewer of Morristown, TN, McKenna Hammer of Dandridge, TN, Sophia Welsh of Assumption, Ill, Karmyn Fredericks of Morristown, TN and Jack Welsh of Effingham, Ill; and his sister-in-law Porky Welsh of Logan, UT. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
