With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Rouse (Kodak, Tennessee), who passed away on January 20, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kermit Rouse; her parents, Jake O'Roark and Sudie O'Roark; and her children, Maria Bremer and Freddie Stiles.

She is survived by: her brother Clarence O'Roark (Ann); and her nieces and nephews, Terrence Camodeca, Sandra Limon (Reynaldo), Linda Brooks (Brian), Elizabeth Hammonds (Donnie) and Sam Jones (Donna). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

“My Mom, Maria Rouse, had a unique and beautiful way of expressing her love. She did not offer a lot of hugs and kisses. But when you were hungry, you were fed. When you were cold, you were warmed up. When you were lonely, you were offered company. I will miss my mom. But I do know that one day I will be reunited with her. I just want to thank all of those who are helping with the buiral expenses.”
