He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bush and Edith Bush; and his sisters, Alice Daniels and Betty Garrison. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Bush (Pam), Joe C. Bush and Stella Berkley; and his great-niece Autumn Daniels. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews.
