He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Biggs and Annie Bell Biggs; his son Eugene Biggs; and his brothers, Junior Biggs and Gene Gardner.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Biggs (Karen), Lelia Wright (Rusty), Wayne Biggs (Lynn) and Diane "Peanut" Biggs; his granddaughter Mary Ann Biggs; his children, Michelle Matas, Phillip Smith, Wesley Smith, Brian Wright, Clayton Wright, Nelson Biggs, Christopher Biggs and Kevin Biggs (Kortnie); and his siblings, Katie Gearheart, Mary Adcock, Linda Biggs and Douglas Biggs.
