He is survived by: his mother Lucille Pedigo Carlisle; his siblings, Terri Mai Baskett (Todd Wheeler) of Gamaliel, KY, Vickie Hume (Ricky) and Tommy Dean Carlisle of Akersville, KY; his nieces and nephews, Codey, Dustin Baskett, Lindsay and Tracy Hume; and his great-nephews, Emmitt and Reed Baskett.
