He was predeceased by: his father Gary Lynn Dulworth; and his grandparents, W. A., Elsie Sullivan and Joe Dulworth. He is survived by: his close friend Lori Ann Taylor; his daughter Sierra Dulworth Blackwell (Jacob); his mother Sandra Dulworth (Charles "Bubba" West); his sister Carey Lynn Toth (Justin); his sibling's children, Ryker Toth and Emma Toth; and his grandmother Ina Jones.
