He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Blair Bartley; his parents, Hugh Ed and Virginia Ann Smith Bartley; his sister Sharon Knight Blair; his grandparents, Charlie Benton, Lucy Irene Vinson Bartley, Hugh and Hilda Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Mary Lee (Bartley), Gilda Ruth Marion (Bartley), Naomi West (Bartley), John Bartley, Joe Bartley and Will Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Bartley and John Bartley; his grandchildren, Jericho Bartley and Rosemary Williams; the mother of his children Sendy Russo of Portland; and his uncles, Junior Bartley of Lafayette, Roy Bartley (Patricia) and Doyle Bartley (Janet). He is also survived by many cousins & extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home & Memorial Park - Lafayette (997 Hwy 52 E, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
