She is survived by: her husband Charles Bartley of Lafayette; her son Jimmy Ray Holland of Winfield, Kansas; her grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Kendra and Jaycie; and her siblings, Richard Blair of Jamestown, NY, Daniel Blair of Sandy Hook, KY, Kenny Blair and Leloa Woods of Gamaliel, KY.. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
