She was predeceased by: her son Henry Holland; her parents, Clyde Blair and Elda Mae Wright Blair; and her sister Arlene Beth Walker. She is survived by: her husband Charles Bartley of Lafayette; her son Jimmy Ray Holland of Winfield, Kansas; her grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Kendra and Jaycie; and her siblings, Richard Blair of Jamestown, NY, Daniel Blair of Sandy Hook, KY, Kenny Blair and Leloa Woods of Gamaliel, KY.. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home - Red Boiling (544 Lafayette Rd, Red Boiling Springs, TN 37150). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
