He was predeceased by: his parents, JW Winfree and Laura Mai Allen Winfree; and his siblings, Jeanie Hughes and Donnie B Winfree. He is survived by: his children, John Paul Winfree (Tabitha Bandy) of Lafayette, Josh Winfree of Lafayette, Tony Winfree of Lebanon and Wendy Mathis of Estill Springs, TN; and his siblings, Lois Denney of Lebanon, Faye Carroll of Springfield, Jerry Winfree of Georgia, Tommy Winfree of Murfreesboro and Jimmy Winfree of Baxter. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
A burial was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Conatser Cemetery.
