He is survived by: his wife Pauline McPeak Meador of Lafayette, TN; his daughters, Melissa Carol Netherton (James) of Lafayette, TN and Patty Netherton (Jerry) of Lafayette, TN; his siblings, Joe Meador of Lafayette, TN, Bobby Meador of Fountain Run, KY, Cordell Meador of Scottsville, KY, Jackie Meador (Samantha) of Scottsville, KY, Margie Yokley of Fountain Run, KY, Willie Mae Russell of Fountain Run, KY, Carolyn Goodrum of Scottsville, KY, Elaine Banks of Scottsville, KY and Rosie Thrasher (Jimmy) of Scottsville, KY; his sister-in-law Mary Meador of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Donnie Netherton (Ashley), Donna Netherton, Jessica Madden (Jason) and Andrea Netherton; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Netherton, Lily Madden, Oakley Netherton, Emerie Netherton, Josie White and Charlie White.
