She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Butrum; her parents, DeWitt Edwin Booth Sr. and Helen Joyce Weatherman Booth; and her stepdaughters, Beverly A. Pritchard and Nanci McGarvey.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Jack P. Butrum Jr. (Joan), Jeffery R. Butrum (Teresa), Cheryl Parrish (Edward), Leanne Pitts (RichardBrother) and Dewitt E. Booth Jr. (Elaine); her nephews, J. T. Booth (Britney) and Patrick Lancaster; and her niece Amanda SmithEleven. She is also survived by Eleven Grandchildren and Seven Great-Grandchildren.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Lafayette Order of The Eastern Star #379 or The Lafayette First Baptist Church.
