He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Simmons Mayhew and Charlyne Grace Mitchell Mayhew; and his brother Charles Mitchell Mayhew. He is survived by: his wife Glenda "Tiny" Mayhew; his daughters, Tammy Kirby (Rusty) and Cristy Wyatt (Matt); his grandchildren, Sean Evetts (Heather), Candice Light (Sammy), Madison Hutson (Logan), Clay Wyatt and Kenna Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Gracie, Colin, Jensen, Rayland, Leighton and Carden; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Mayhew.
The family requests donations be made towards the White Oak Church of Christ.
