He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Elaine Rolin Wix; his parents, William Doug and Evelyn "Monk" Wix; and his brother Gary Wix. He is survived by: his son Troy Wix; and his grandson Adrian Wix (Miranda).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Millers Chapel General Baptist Church. A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Millers Chapel Cemetery.
