He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Kirby (Kobee) of Lafayette and Kara Forge (Heath) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Kora Kirby, Kayden Kirby, Jackson Forge and Halle Forge; his father Johnny Woosley (Polly Manning); his sister Tiffany Clariday; his niece Keeley Clariday; his nephew Brody Clariday; and his uncles, Shelvy Lane Linville of Lafayette and Britton Linville of Mt. Juliet.
