He is survived by: his wife Patsy Shrum Wilson; his children, Larry Wilson and Penny Hale (Anthony); and his granddaughters, Crystal Thompson (Shawn) and Katie Barber (ZackGreat-Grandchildren).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (209 E Locust St, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Drury Cemetery (772 Drury Ridge Rd, Hartsville, TN 37083).
