He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Gaines and Ona Mae Gaines (Norris); and his uncle Thomas Red Norris. He is survived by: his sister Donna Lou Thomas (Dennis); his sibling's children, Casey Muse, Christian Thomas, Gabriel Thomas and Reese Thomas; his aunt Martha Norris; his cousins, Rhonda Norris, Rick Norris, Jim Norris, Lisa Heatherly and Becky Norris; and his close friends, Keith Cordell and Jackie Ellison.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walters Funeral Home - LaFollette (509 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Powell Valley Cemetery (206 Henson Rd, LaFollette, TN 37766).
