He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Ernest Ward and Lucine Cole Ward. He is survived by: his wife Rissa K. Ward; his children, Teresa Lynn Ward Ackerman (Bud Stinnett), Steven M. (Stacey Ward) and Daniel Wayne (Cindy Ward); his grandchildren, Jacob, Rachel Ward, Ragan Ackerman, Cole Ackerman, Tristan Ackerman, Christian Stinnett, Lorelai Ackerman, Alex Leach and Chloe Craig; his great grandchildren, Blaine Ward, Bailee Schiller, Brooks Allen Ward, Parker Day, Carmen Day, Eva Lawless and Priscilla May Craig; and his sisters, Joyce Longmire and Shirley (Richard Goins).
