She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Brock of Jacksboro; her father Donald Ray "Duck" Lay Sr. (Peggy Lay) of Jacksboro; her daughters, Kayla Elliott (Jake) of Caryville, Kandace Long (Austin Rutherford) of Jacksboro and Katelin Brock of Jacksboro; her brother Donald Ray "Joe" Lay Jr. of Jacksboro; her stepbrothers, Randy Martin, Chris Martin and Kevin Martin; her sister Carrie Ann Mefford (George) of Caryville; her grandchildren, Jayla, Dolly, Kasey, Emily, Cassidy, Landon, Harley Ray and Ricky; and her nephew Lucas Lay. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin Wilson Funeral Home (305 E Beech St, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Queener Cemetery (143 Woodberry Ln, Jacksboro, TN 37757).
