It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Kash of Lafollette, Tennessee, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Phillips and Gladys Lovely Phillips; her husband Howard R. Kash; her son Harold David Lewis; her stepson Howard R. Kash Jr.; her brothers, James Phillips and Rev. Lee Phillips; and her brother-in-law Lee.

She is survived by: her son Michael Wayne Lewis of Sevierville; her brother Tommy Phillips of Caryville; and her close friends, Irene Long, Gary Hess, Shirley Morris, Nancy Starrett, Bo, Becky, Jud, Pam Boley and Stacey Delph. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
