He was predeceased by: his father Frank "Fat" Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Nora Faye Phillips (Wilson); his son Billy Lee Phillips (Hailey Sewell); his grandson Jesse Phillips; his siblings, Lisa Phillips (Tom), Abby Bertram (Jerald), Stanley Phillips, Tim Phillips (Henrietta) and Jimmy Phillips; and his caregiver Susan Daugherty.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walters Funeral Home - LaFollette (509 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
