She was predeceased by: her husband Micheal Dale Abernathy; her siblings, Art, Dick, Gene Eacret, Flo Cunningham, Pearl Hutts, Marilyn Scott, Pat Kirby and Janet Murphy; and her grandson Randall McGlade.
She is survived by: her children, David Lee McGlade of LaFollette, Micheal McGlade of Caryville, James Dale Abernathy of Indiana, Stephen McGlade of LaFollette, Brian McGlade of Indiana and Joyce Ann Douglas of LaFollette. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin Wilson Funeral Home (305 E Beech St, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
