She is survived by: her husband Stanley Phillips; her children, Scotty Lee Carroll (Brandi Byrge) and Andrea Haas (late Alvin Wallace); her granddaughter Ashley Stinger (Parker); her sister Joyce Carroll (Ronald Lane); her sister-in-law Lois Carroll; her stepmother Linda Carroll; her stepbrothers, Richard Wallace and Charlie Wallace; her aunt Millie Carroll; her nieces and nephews, Timmy Hatmaker, Grayson Mulligan, Landon Lay, Matthew Carroll, Amanda Jones (Josh) and Rebecca Carroll; her great-niece Gracie Jones; her great-nephew Jace Jones; her cousins, Ginger and Alyssa Muse; and her pets, Dixie and Molly.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Mrs. Phillips honor, c/o of Walters Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
