He is survived by: his wife Lois; his daughter Tina Fultz; his grandsons, Aaron Fultz and Justin Fultz (Jenni); his great grandchild Leo Daniel Fultz; and his siblings, Shirley Kirtley, Tammy Houghton, Willard Golden and Denny Randall Golden.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Chapel Cross-Smith Funeral Home (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Marlow Cemetery (108 Pearly Ward Ln, Caryville, TN 37714).
