He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Murial Smith Jayne-Clinton of Portsmouth; and his grandparents, Dr. Harley Walker Clinton of Williamsburg, Mable Clair Chappel-Clinton of Denver, Everette Raymond and Alice Jayne of Stoney Brook.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lumpkins-Clinton; his sons, Harley Jr. of Texas City, Joseph of Calvin, Mark of Staunton, Viginia and Christopher of Orlando, Florida.; his granddaughters, Olivia and Haley; and his brother John Everette Clinton.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Bakers Forge Cemetery (2681 Demory Rd, LaFollette, TN 37766).
