She is survived by: her husband Raymond Phillips; her children, Doyle Creighbaum (Amy) of Florida, Michael Daugherty of Florida, Russell Daugherty of Caryville and Jolene Pennington; her grandchildren, Lucas Creighbaum, Josh Daugherty (Natasha), Jordan Daugherty and Brittany Vermilyea; and her great grandchildren, Jedidiah, Elliott, Madelynn, Hugh, Everette, Natalie and Cameron. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
