He is survived by: his wife Patricia Boone; his daughter Stormy Cook; his grandchildren, Bently, Bryson, Nicholas and Addlyn; and his sisters, Janie Miller (Rick) and Patricia Gifford (David).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Chapel Cross-Smith Funeral Home (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
