He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Oris; his sons, Timothy James Oris and John Michael Oris; his parents, Dora Oris and Joe Oris; and his brother Joey Oris.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Lynch (Jack) and Payton Oris; his granddaughter Megan Inman (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Makayla, Mia and Nora Inman; his sister Elizabeth Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Emmett Wampler, John Wampler and Ricki Hall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766).
