He is survived by: his sons, Gary Phillips (Karen) of Stoney Fork, Roger Phillips of Stoney Fork and Jerry Phillips (Debra) of Stoney Fork; and his sister Pearl Wilshire of Clinton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
