He is survived by: his wife Hettie Heatherly Chapman; his children, Connie Johnson (Travis Gene), Danny Chapman (Gina), Teddy Chapman (Pam), Stacey Chapman (Katina), Jerry Steven Chapman and Justin Chapman (Jessica); his grandchildren, Madison, Cody, Cory, Taylor, Ashley, Jordan, Julie, Heather, Jaci and Jenna Kate; his great grandchildren, Preslee, Sutton, Piper, Roman, Jaxon, Tate, Aniston, Emorie, Jax, Crew, Lydia and Bethany; and his siblings, Larry, Ricky Chapman, Carolyn Shoupe and Kathy Chapman.
