He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Heatherly Sr. and Pearl Leach Heatherly; and his siblings, Lee Heatherly, Charles Heatherly, Georgia, Louise, Fay, Betty Heatherly, Joyce Maples and Helen Bilbrey.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Branam Heatherly; his children, Melissa (Paul Lusk) and John Heatherly; his grandchildren, Bryson, Haley Dopp, Chelsey and Austin Heatherly; his great grandchild Sutton John Dopp; and his siblings, Ray Heatherly, Margaret Shears and Mary Ward.
