He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Starrett and Naomi Starrett; and his siblings, A. J. Starrett (Janice), Pauline Goins (Bill), Bobbie Mattie (Gene) and Hazel Boles (Henry).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Queener Starrett; his children, Kenny Starrett (Susie) and Cynthia Woods (Tim); his stepchildren, Cindi Douglas (Adrien) and Matthew Myers (Fabio); his grandchildren, Clark Woods (Kayla), Lindsay Woods, Beau Woods (Cheyenne), Kayla Hensley, Seth Starrett (Cheyenne) and Sean Starrett; his niece Debra Chitwood (Curt); and his close friends, Joe, Eve Guy, Bob, Rod Ward and Don Baird. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several other nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Although flowers are beautiful, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to a cause that was very dear to Kenneth's heart, the Campbell County Cancer Association, PO Box 122, Jacksboro, TN 37757.
