He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Bartley and Polly Bartley of LaFollette. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Stuart Bartley; his sister Sherry B. Wright (Doug) of Clinton, Tennessee; his niece Kristen Heffern (Todd); his former wife Rita Broyles of Jacksboro; his pets, Cooper and Matilda; Elliot of Knoxville.
