She is survived by: her children, Hope Shaffer (James), Larry Teague, David Teague and Leah Teague; her grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua Shaffer, Lindsey Poling, Kayland Leudeke, Emily Teague, Tori Magill and Logan Schutte; and her siblings, Shirley Johnson, Karla Prewitt and Edison Rookard. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
