She is survived by: her children, Todd "Bubba" Smallwood of LaFollette, Victoria Maynard (Zach) of Amelia Ohio and Tiffany Smallwood of Amelia, Ohio; and her brother Willie Acres II of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
