She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill McNeeley and Sallie "Goins" McNeeley; her husband John Goins; her sons, Ronnie and Stevie Goins; her siblings, Carl, Clyde, Dennis McNeeley, Annalee Hatfield, Nora Nelson and Lucille Wilson; and her great grandchild Maximus Ryan Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Goins (Marquita) of LaFollette, Rick Goins of Jacksboro, Jerry Goins of Knoxville and Sandy Freeman (Bo Freeman) of LaFollette; her grandchildren, Jason Freeman (Jessica) of LaFollette, Ricky Wayne Goins (Jaymi) of Jacksboro, Nikki Hall (Cody) of Rocky Top, Colton Goins (Celia) of LaFollette and Kaylee Proffitt (Paul) of LaFollette; her great grandchildren, Haley, Johnathan, Lauren, Bentley, Maddox and Tylee; her caregivers, Mary, Trenton, Daphne, Bethany, Laura, Melissa and Dr. Narula; and also, Annette Jones and Wilma Tolliver. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins along with her church family.
