She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James and Mary James; and her sister Brenda Freng. She is survived by: her uncle Bill James; her children, Tommy James, Tammy James, Kim and Darren Nelson; and her grandchildren, Starla, Kevin Byers, Angela, Aaron Marcum, Megan, Andy Wilson, Macey, Landry Evans, Felicia Nelson, Mikala Malicoat, Lauren James and Aleah James. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Chapel Cross-Smith Funeral Home (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766).
