She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Welden of Knoxville, Jason Garner of LaFollette, Eric Garner (Lauren) of Jacksboro and Dustin Garner of Corbin, KY; and her siblings, Randy Kitts of LaFollette, Marty Kitts (Becky) of Speedwell, Albert Kitts (Kelly) of LaFollette and Sherry Carlson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
