She is survived by: her husband Mitchell Stevens of LaFollette; her son Shawn Stevens (Susanne) of Middlesboro, KY; her siblings, James Sloan of Buchanan, VA, Paul Sloan of Buchanan, VA, Tommy Sloan of Buchanan, VA, Pauline Davis of Buchanan, VA, Bernice Sloan of Buchanan, VA, Arlene McChenahan of Buchanan, VA and Marcella Hensley of Bunhanan, VA; and her grandchildren, Shane Patrick Stevens, McKenzie Brooke Stevens, Schline Stevens and Keysha Stevens. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
