He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Johnson and Roxie Johnson (Hill); and his brother Ted Johnson (Rhonda) of LaFollette. He is survived by: his girlfriend Amanda Patterson; his sons, Jeff Johnson (Amanda) of LaFollette and Scot Johnson of Lake City; his stepdaughter Alisha Miller (Levi) of Caryville; his siblings, Bruce Johnson of LaFollette, Nancy Smith (Richard) of LaFollette and Brenda Johnson of LaFollette; his grandchildren, Fletcher, Finn, Lucas, Cora Lynn and Timmy; and his sister-in-law Wanda Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
