Rebecca Ann Stiner Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 18, 2025, at the age of 66, Rebecca Ann Stiner of Lafollette, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Rebecca Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rebecca Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her father Max Stiner; and her grandparents, Henry, Moverine Miller, Clifford and Ethel Stiner.

She is survived by: her mother Pat Willoughby; and her stepfather Jay Willoughby.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to local animal shelters in Becky's memory.
