She is survived by: her close friend Cliff Jennings, Sr.; her daughter Melissa Provins (Lawrence); her grandchildren, Austin Provins (McKayla Wyrick) and Autumn Lay (Tanner); her great grandchildren, Paisley Provins and Remington "Remi" Lay; her sister Janice Hatfield (Bobby); and her nephew Dusty Hatfield (Krestney). She is also survived by children; and several other extended family members and friends.
