He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Clouse and Ellen Chadwell Clouse; and his siblings, Michael A. Chadwell and Janice Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Leona Cochran of Georgia and Heather Lewis of LaFollette; his grandson Zander Lewis; his sisters, Carolyn Murray (Audie), Vickie Chavis, Teresa Chadwell Goins, Brenda Chadwell, Deborah Adkisson (Bryan) and Patricia Shelley; and his wife Monica Chadwell. He is also survived by 2 step-children; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Bob's honor, c/o of Walters Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
