He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Estes and Eula Boone (Stamper); his former wife Sue Estes; his wife Tina Estes; his siblings, Hershel, Mitchell, Harry, Enoch Estes, Brenda Richter, Jenny Webber and Joyce Martin; and his sons-in-law, Bill Spencer and Jim Herlinger.
He is survived by: his children, Jawanna Spencer of LaFollette, Pamela Herlinger of Ohio, Kimberly Prewitt (Darrell) of Ohio, Ronald Estes (Kim) of Ohio and Robert Lee Estes of Ohio; his sister Ann McCoy of Ohio; and his cousin Winona Cox. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bakers Forge Cemetery (2553 Demory Rd, LaFollette, TN 37766).
