She is survived by: her children, Mark Caldwell (Michelle), Duwayne Phillips (Heidi), Mindy Phillips Norman (Ronnie) and Ashley Phillips; her grandchildren, Catey, Addi, Morgan, Kaden and Marilee; her great grandchildren, Cassia and Julian; her caregiver Dan Bailey; and her sisters, Debra Powers (Tommy) and Kathy Butler (Rick). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
